Herbs found in Passion Rx
Ashwagandha is a shrub whose roots have been used for thousands of years by Ayurvedic practitioners. This herb contains withanolides which are known to influence acetylcholine receptors involved in dilation of blood vessels.
Catuaba is a medium-sized tree found in Brazil. In Brazilian herbal medicine,
Catuaba bark is considered a central nervous system stimulant with aphrodisiac properties.
Cnidium is a plant which grows in China whose seeds are used in classical traditional Chinese medicine. A compound found in cnidium called osthol helps relax the corpus cavernosa of the penis.
Muira Puama is a small tree native to the Brazilian Amazon. Indigenous peoples use
Muira-Puama for the therapy of sexual debility, fatigue, and low mood.
Tongkat Ali is a small tree found in the jungles throughout Malaysia and Southeat Asia. Studies show that
tongkat ali produces a dose-dependent increase in mounting frequency of treated animals. A concentrated form called LJ100 is found in Passion Rx.
Tribulus Terrestris, also called "puncture vine," is a plant long used around the world for the treatment of various ailments.
Tribulus-Terrestris may work by relaxing smooth muscles and increasing blood flow into the corpus cavernosa. The relaxant effect observed is probably due to the increase in the release of nitric oxide from the endothelium and nerve endings.
Yohimbe is the name of the bark of a tall evergreen tree in western Africa known as Pausinystalia yohimbe. Yohimbe acts through the nervous system to increase blood flow to the genital region through antagonism of alpha 2-adrenoceptors. The amount of
Yohimbe in this product has been intentionally kept low to minimize any potential side effects (about half or a third of other products on the market). Individuals with heart conditions, a tendency for heart irregularities, or high blood pressure should consult their physician who may recommend that dosage be kept to 1/3 or 1/2 of a capsule. Yohimbe should be used carefully in those who take anti-depressants (particulary MAO inhibitors), stimulant drugs, or cardiac drugs. A version of Passion Rx is available without yohimbe.

Passion Rx testimonials
Q. I find Passion Rx with yohimbe works for me within 4 to 5 hours. For instance if I take it a 7 am, I notice the effects before noon and it stays strong until I go to bed. It's a great feeling of libido surge, stronger erection, I actually feel my penis trying to bulge in my pants, and I get so aroused. The next day I take less since I don't need even more sex drive. Since I have sex only on weekends, I take the Passion Rx either on Friday or Saturday.

Q. Passion Rx works great, the only side effect I notice is warmer body temperature and occasionally rapid heart beat which go away quickly. I find that by evening my vision improves and I am more alert.

Q. I have been skeptical of herbal formulas for sexual pleasure but my cousin convinced me that Passion rx was worthwhile. The first day I noticed more energy and alertness with better vision and more sexual thoughts, but it was the afternoon of the second day when I realized I was getting turned on easily and couldn't keep thinking about being intimate with someone. That evening I had an amazing sexual relation with my husband and it seemed when he touched me in private parts the feeling was more sensitive than I remember in more than 5 years. I didn't take Passion Rx the next day and still felt aroused and even the day after. It seems I only need to take Passion Rx 2 days a week and that carries more for several days afterwards. It's a bargain.

Passion Rx questions
Q. Tried to find Passion RX in retail shops in Kuala Lumpur and Singapore but found none. Could order online but am not sure about Customs restrictions and Poison Act Regulations on Importation of such stuff.
   A. Passion Rx can be mailed to Malaysia and Singapore and all Asian countries.

Q. Passion Rx with Yohimbe really lives up to the claims. I had an amazing sexual response with intense pleasure and strong erections on the third day. I took one capsule the first day in the morning, and another the second day. The third day I did not take any but I became aroused on the third day.

Q. I am a male, age 74, in overall very good health with no cardiac problems. My doctor said my last EKG was "picture perfect." Like many other men my age, I do have a moderate erectile dysfunction problem, mainly with lack of
firmness and duration. I am a little confused whether to order the regular version of Passion Rx or the one with Yohimbe. What are the practical differences in effects between the two in their present formulations? Is age a factor in
choosing one over the other, or is it mainly a matter of overall health?
   A. The different version of Passion Rx have different formulations. It is difficult to predict which one will be more effective in any one person. For those older than 65 we suggest using one capsule every other day or every third day. Another option is to use half a capsule 2 days on, one or two days off. We prefer a full capsule not be used two days in a row. The capsules can be easily opened by pulling on each side and emptying the contents in water or juice.

Q. Can taking Vastarel and Passion RX have any adverse effects?
   A. Trimetazidine is a drug for angina pectoris sometimes referred to by the brand name Vastarel MR. Vastarel is an anti-ischemic (anti-anginal) metabolic agent, that improves myocardial glucose utilization through inhibition of Fatty acid metabolism. We don't recommend the use of Passion Rx in those with chest pains or heart disease. Passion Rx can speed heart rate as do most sexual herbs and sexual enhancing products.

Q. Is Passion Rx ok to ship to Australia?
   A. Yes, Passion Rx without yohimbe is shipped to Australia.

Q. I want to try Passion Rx, but my doctor will not give me approval unless he knows the quantities of each ingredient. Could you please provide me with this so I can get his go-ahead and place my order?
   A. It was a difficult decision when formulating Passion Rx to decide whether to list the exact amount of the ingredients and the dosage so that users would know exactly what they were getting, versus the possibility that the successful formula would be copied by other companies and then all the years of trail and error of formulating this product would be lost by revealing the exact formula. In the end Physician Formulas decided to keep it a proprietary formula which the FDA allows companies to do since it recognizes that companies have the right (just like Coca Cola) not to reveal their secrets. Hence, we recognize that some users would not buy such a product if they did not know the exact amount, but it was decided that this was worth the loss of a certain percentage of sales in order to maintain the Passion Rx formula secret and not have many other companies copy the formula. Therefore, the company can't give this information.

Q. Is Passion Rx for erectile dysfunction and sexual arousal 100 % safe? Viagra for men, has found eye problems, synthetic drug ? are sexual herb products 100 percent safe?
   A. The potential side effects of passion Rx are listed on the Physician Formulas page. No, no herb or supplement is 100 percent safe and if that is important to you, we suggest not using any herbal products since they almost all have some sort of side effect.

Q. Do you need to take L-arginine for the release of nitric oxide if you are taking Passion Rx yohimbe?
   A. Passion Rx with yohimbe is potent enough on its own, there is no need to take arginine.

Q. Have you found a great difference in effectiveness between the Passion Rx Yohimbe and non-Yohimbe formulas? Probably a very individual thing.
   A. Passion Rx with yohimbe and regular Passion Rx are both popular. Some people like one version, others like the other version, and most people like both versions.

Q. Is there caffeine in this product, I have tried other similar sex supplements and the caffeine level was high, which I want to avoid.
   A. There is no caffeine in Passion Rx, but most sex herbs do have stimulating effects.

Q. Does Passion Rx contain any Nitrates or Nitrites?
   A. No. Passion Rx does not contain any nitrates or nitrites.

Q. I am currently taking Multi Vit Rx, Passion Rx and Prostate Power Rx. I think these products are terrific. I was wondering if these should all be taken according to the labels or if I should be taking them differently. Also, I was planning to add Physician Formulas products for healthier joints and vision.
   A. We suggest using them less frequently when taken more than one product, no definite dosage or amount can be given since each person has their own preference, but it is a good idea to skip days from some of them since one should not take too many nutritional supplements the same day. Taking a week off each month is also a good idea.

Q. I have read numerous studies and researched many products on the web. Passion Rx product seems legitimate, but I am not sure if it is right for me. The only issue I am having is pre-mature ejaculation, and not experiencing as hard or big as an erection as I used to have a few years ago. Will Passion Rx enhance my erection, as well as help me control my ejaculations? I don’t suffer from impotence, but rather my Penis gets too excited too quickly during intercourse, and I cannot control my ejaculation, all the while not experiencing as full an erection as I used to have.
   A. We have not tested Passion Rx in premature ejaculation, so we don't know the answer to this questions, however, most people who use Passion Rx notice stronger and longer lasting erections.

Q. Can people with high blood pressure use passion Rx ?
   A. Passion Rx can be used in low dosage every other day or every third day by those with mildly elevated blood pressure but not by those who have moderated to very high blood pressure. We suggest approval by your doctor if you plan to use Passion Rx.

Q.  I live in Ireland and received the capsules recently, and it was a very quick delivery, thank you. Bearing in mind your advice that taking day (s) off may actually help the overall effect of Passion Rx, could you comment on the following. For instance would taking a capsule every second day be a reasonable approach, and then perhaps after maybe ten days, take a two day break, and then resume the cycle? Or would a cycle of every second day make it less likely that a two day break would be necessary?
   A. Each person responds differently, therefore the best way to find out is to use the least amount that works for you. You can start with every other day and then reduce to every third day.

Q. I find Passion Rx if I take it on an empty stomach, it can sometimes be too energising too quickly. Therefore, is it okay to take it with or immediately after breakfast, so as to slow its absorption? My aim would be to slow the rate of absorption, but not weaken its eventual effect.
   A. Yes, although sometimes mixed with food makes it difficult to determine the actual amount that is being absorbed.

Q. Provided a regular cycle is adhered to, is the Passion Rx formula specifically designed to have a cumulative effect?
   A. Yes, the effects do accumulate and sometimes less is needed in the future

Q. I find it does have a general energizing effect throughout the day when taken early in the morning, and it seems to (indirectly) help concentration at work. It can also produce an adrenalin-like effect, but I assume that is because the body has not yet become accustomed to it, or the amount requires (further) adjustment?
   A. If it is too stimulating, try taking less. We also have Passion Rx with yohimbe that works very very well.

Q. Can Passion Rx formula help to counter act the sexual side effects of 5-htp? I have recently entered surgical menopause. I am working on balancing my hormones (or lack there of!). Will this product effect my hormone levels? AS I do not want to introduce something that will confound the process I am working on with the process I am working with on the hormones. P.S. I tried compounded testosterone cream for low libido but could not tolerate it (made me agitated, overly engorged, etc.)
   A. We can't predict the response of any supplement in any individual person, but Passion Rx has helped many people with low libido. We normally prefer not to mix Passion Rx the same day as other potent supplements. If your doctor approves, you can start with a third or half of a capsule every other day for a week to see how ti does and then adjust your dose up or down in consultation with your doctor. 5-HTP increases serotonin level and dampens sexuality.

Q. Is Passion Rx helpful to increase libido?
   A. Yes, Passion Rx definitely increases libido and sexual interest.

Q. What are the exact dosages of the ingredients in Passion Rx. How many milligrams of each herb is in Passion Rx?
   A. The FDA allows companies to make products and not have to list the exact amounts since they recognize that revealing the exact amounts of a successful product can lead to other companies making the same exact one this is a form of trademark / patent protection. Some customers like to see the exact amounts before purchase and and there may be sales loss from certain customers because of this but many companies rather lose a few customers that have another company steal their successful formula.

Q. How many milligrams of yohimbine alkaloids are in the Passion-Rx formula?
   A. Passion Rx is a proprietary blend. Dr. Sahelian formulated this product. Since he is very well known as an expert formulator, many companies try to copy his formulas and thus the dosages are in a form of a proprietary blend which is allowed by the FDA.

Q. I am seriously considering ordering the Passion Rx without Yohimbe. I am 71, hypothyroid, and had a total hysterectomy  many years ago. I have long-standing sleep disturbance; sometimes I sleep only 1-2 hrs/night in stretches for up to 4 days. I have been hearing a lot about the need for sexual hormones (particularly testosterone) for heart and cardiovascular health as well as about the serious detrimental health consequences of lack of sleep. I am
convinced that my inability to sleep is related of hormone balance.
   A. Passion Rx, and most sexual herbs, can aggravate insomnia.

Q. I have been on the birth control pill for many years– Yasmin currently. I have noticed a decrease in my libido more and more every day. Will Passion Rx decrease the amount of sex-hormone binding globulin (SHBG) to allow the body to use testosterone effectively? As I understand it, SHBG is the cause of low libido in those of us on birth control pills.
Will Passion Rx help increase my libido even if I continue to stay on the pill?
   A. We don't know in any specific detail how Passion Rx influences the various hormones in the body. We do know that the vast majority of Passion Rx users find this formula to be quite helpful in increasing libido, even if they are on birth control pills.

Q. I am thinking of ordering Passion Rx for my wife who has seen her libido decrease considerably. My question
is this: Why is there so little clinical research on this stuff? It would seem to be very easy to conduct clinical trials. The same could be said of other products like Senti, Fematril, etc. It's nearly impossible to get unbiased info on the
efficacy (and safety) of these herbal remedies. In my view, if such research confirmed the efficacy of such treatments, it would be a marketing bonanza. And a second question. Do you recommend Passion Rx being taken with
either DHEA or ginkgo biloba.
   A. it is very costly and time consuming to do studies and once a company grows larger then they can afford it. We prefer people not take other supplements such as ginkgo biloba or DHEA the same day as Passion Rx.

Q. is it ok to take Passion Rx without yohimbe on the same day as ginkgo biloba?
   A. We prefer you take them on separate days until you learn how Passion Rx influences you by itself. Once you know how Passion Rx works by itself after a few days or a couple of weeks, then you can consider combining a low dose of ginkgo. If you find Passion Rx gives you plenty of energy and a clear mind by itself, there would not be a need to take the ginkgo.

Q. I just ordered both Passion Rx and Passion Rx with Yohimbe. I ordered both because I honestly did not know which one would work better or what the difference was between them. I know the second one has the yohimbe herb added to it, but what does that herb do to make it so different from the original formula? In the past, I ordered Passion Rx, and noticed results very quickly. But, I am curious to know what kind of effects the second formula will have, the same or better? So, I ordered both, I figured I would use one bottle, and then afterwards start the other. Can you explain to me the difference, basically which one is the better product in regards to effectiveness? Also, is it safe for me to use one formula, then switch to another, or should I stick to one formula?
   A. Both versions are effective, we have some people who prefer Passion Rx with yohimbe while others prefer the Passion Rx without yohimbe. One option is to try one version for a week, and then take several days off and then try the other version. Once you understand how they work, you could even alternate between the two. One day take one version, the next day take the next version, and off the third day. Always take day 3 off.

Q. I am a Mum of four (two step children) my youngest child is just four months old however i really feel my relationship is suffering greatly with the lack of sex. However I just don't feel like it! Could you please tell me wether Passion Rx is safe whilst breast feeding for a four month old. i am desperate for some help with this problem!!
   A. We have no reason to suspect that Passion Rx, taken one capsule every 3 days or half a capsule every other day would cause problems while breast feeding a four month old, but your doctor has to make the final decision.

Q. Do the ingredients in Passion Rx include the hormones - testosterone and estradiol?
   A. Passion Rx does not have any hormones.

Q. There are 2 products recommending for better libido. Passion Rx with Yohimbe and Passion Rx without Yohimbe.
I read about the side effects of Yohimbe extract and would prefer to purchase Passion Rx without Yohimbe. Will either product achieve the same results in regards to libido?
   A. Yes, both Passion Rx products are effective, some people prefer one version without yohimbe, others prefer the one with yohimbe. They are equally effective.

Q. Would the ingredients in Passion Rx without Yohimbe interfere with the following vitamins, which I take daily, already for many years? 1800 mg Red Yeast Rice, 240 mg Ginkgo Biloba, 2000 mg Ester - C, 50 mg Co Q - 10,
1200 mg Korean Red Ginseng, 81 mg Aspirin, 20 mg Lutein, 1000 mg Niacin, 50 mg Zinc Picolinate, 320 mg Saw Palmetto, 50 mg Iron, 1500 mg Glucosamine HCI, 2000 mg Flaxsee Oil, 2400 mg Omega 3 Fish Oil.
   A. Passion Rx has a stimulating nature, as do most sexual herbs. Sexual herbs are not recommended to use the same day as gingko biloba, CoQ10, ginseng, lutein, and niacin. When adding Passion Rx, it is a good idea to start with a low dose of half a capsule every other day until you have an understanding on how it works in your body.

Q. I came across your site while researching Nitric Oxide / Flvanol - Rich foods and was all excited and ready to order until I read all the way through the article and saw that in the additional side effects you state "do not take" with any antidepressant. I take 250 ml. of Wellbutrin a day and do not want to change that. How adamant are you about your recommendation? I am 54 yrs. old in very good health considering that I used to smoke. I had a recent physical exam and all my tests came back normal. I have taken Viagra and Cialis for several years and it seems to not work as well for me now and I am looking for something that is not as hard on my body. Passion Rx sounds like what I am looking for but do not want to take something that may do more harm than good.
   A. It is very difficult to predict interactions between prescription antidepressants and potent herbal formulas for sexual enhancement. If your doctor approves, you could try a third of a capsule of Passion Rx every other day for a week and then base further dosage adjustments on your initial response. Each person responds differently to herbal and medication combinations, so it is difficult to predict what would happen in any particular case.

Q. Can i use Passion Rx as an energy enhancement, dropping other energy supplements such as ginseng?
   A. Yes, many people notice increased energy with Passion Rx. Another great product for more energy is MultiVit Rx.

Q. What are Passion Rx side effects when taking this along with prescription birth control pills? My girlfriend was wondering if it was going to be ok and if it is good for someone her age to take. She is only 20 but seems to have a lot of stress which has seemed to change her attitude toward sex. She is not taking anything else except birth control and we are planning on purchasing a bottle soon.
   A. Passion Rx has been taken by women who are taking birth control pills. We suggest starting with half a capsule 2 days on, one or two days off. The capsules can be easily opened by pulling on each end and emptying the contents in an ounce or two of juice first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

Q. I take a prescription tablet of Lovastatin 20mg per day and 1 complete Multi Vitamin with Lycopene. Would any of these two create a problem with Passion Rx?
   A. There are many factors that are involved in making a decision on what supplements or herbal formulas to use. These include age, overall health, diet, activity level, medical condition, results of blood studies, heart condition, liver and kidney function, etc. The final decision regarding the use of a supplement has to be made by the consumer in consultation with their health care provider who is familiar with the complete medical history and physical examination results. The use of an herbal sexual formula should be considered as carefully as the use of Viagra or prescription medications since these herbal formulas are potent.

Q. I recently obtained some Passion Rx without yohimbe and it worked great. I have a bit of a problem sometimes. Before Passion Rx i would go through months where some days I had good libido and large testicles (the good libido always seemed to be related to my testicles being large and hanging well). But most of the days my testicles seemed to be shriveled, much smaller and not hanging well at all leaving me with a poor libido, and weak erections. I'm emailing you because I want to figure out how I can balance my hormones or increase my hormones (I'm not sure which one is how I achieve my desired libido) so I have more of those good days with large testicles. The passion rx was good but now doesn't seem to have the same effect on me and yes i am taking it 2 days on and 2 days off. The weeks I masturbate more often usually result in me having smaller testicles and a worse libido. I know I probably have to cut down on masturbating (sometimes I'll do it like 6 times a week but other times I wont even do it once a week. Is there something I can take to increase semen? or something that counters negative effects of masturbation? also i noticed that although u say to take 2 days off from the passion rx, that there really isnt that much in terms of amount mg wise in the pills. I mention this because I used to supplement with single herbs that are in passion rx in much higher quantities. I used to supplement with tribulus and saw palmetto which worked well for awhile but doesnt see to give me the same boost in libido and testicle mass as it used to. I also used to supplement with tongkat ali which was my favorite for libido, but it is expensive and hard to find in stores. also i used to use some herbolove compounds as well. I still will use some tribulus, saw palmetto, horny goat weed individually. I noticed that tribulus and tongkat ali used to make my muscles really defined. I don't personally feel like taking the passion rx 2 days on and 2 days off is enough because my body is used to high doses of herbs, but maybe I'm wrong. I am 21 and have been taking herbs since I was 17.
   A. We are glad that Passion Rx has helped you and that you have noticed benefits from the single herbs. However, when too many of these herbs or formulas are taken, the body can build a tolerance to it or other changes go on in the body that prevents full sexual enhancement. It is best to take a good, long break such as a full month off from these herbs and then resume them but to take at least a full week off each month. Also see sperm. Just remember that with these herbs, more is not necessarily better. As to Passion Rx ingredient dosage, there are some very concentrated herbs in this formula that are more potent than individual herbs many times the mg amount.

Q.  I am a 26 yr old married woman and now I am pregnant with our first child. Is it ok for me to also take Passion Rx while pregnant?
   A. We prefer Passion Rx not be used during pregnancy.

Q. The recommended dosage for Passion Rx sexual enhancer is to take the capsules early in the morning on an empty stomach. I understand the reason for taking on an empty stomach, but why in the morning rather than in the afternoon a while before dinner, or well after dinner before bedtime? It seems to me that the highest benefit would be within two or three hours after taking the capsules, coinciding with the time needed for maximum benefit.
   A. Herbs don't work the same was as the impotence drugs, they take longer to work and their full effects begin several days after starting them, but once they start working, the effects are present all the time. We suggest two days on, one day off, and once Passion Rx starts working you can reduce the frequency of use.

Q. I am presently taking Mirapex 1mg x 3. Is there a conflict with the Passion RX product.
   A. Sorry we are not able answer such questions because it is not only the combination of herbs and medications that has to be evaluated but the whole person. Some people may tolerate these well others may not. Please have approval by your doctor who may suggest using only a third of a capsule which may take longer to have an effect.

Q. I would like to know if there are any long term effects of taking Passion Rx? is any amount enhancing that's done permanent? also how does this effect the stamina?
   A. Passion Rx is only used in the long run two days a week, it increases stamina and a small percentage of people may notice permanent improvement while most others may not and would need to use the product on a regular basis, each person is different in their long term response.

Q. I am a 34 year old male and taking Andriol as prescribed by my endocrinologist. I came across Passion Rx in the internet and is considering to try it, however I am concerned of the effects it would have on me since I am taking Andriol regularly. Can you please advise me with regards to this issue. My wife and I are trying to have a child for 2 years now since I started using Andriol but to no avail. I am wondering if Passion Rx could help us.
   A. Andriol (testosterone undecanoate capsules) is prescribed by a physician. Andriol is an orally active testosterone preparation used to replace the natural hormone, testosterone, when the body is unable to produce enough on its own. Passion Rx helps with libido enhancement and sexual performance and pleasure but we don't know how it effects fertility. We don't suggest taking Passion Rx at the same time as Andriol. In fact it may be a good idea to stop the Andriol for at least three days before using Passion Rx. For best results, Passion Rx is taken on an empty stomach in the morning two days on, one or two days off.

Q. I am a 55 year old male and I have read your information regarding Passion Rx. However I am currently taking 100 mg of Zoloft per day and 5 mg of prednisone per day. Am I correct in the assumption that I should not take your product?
   A. We would suggest not.
